Your child’s teacher will be teaching the district adopted FLASH (Family Life and Sexual Health) and HIV/AIDS curriculum during this school year. There were two information sessions which gave parents/guardians an opportunity to examine the instructional materials and view the videos that may be used. These sessions were on October 2 and October 4 at the Issaquah School District Administration Center. If you were unable to attend one of these sessions, the curriculum materials will be available to preview in the lobby of the District Administration building during business hours, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM daily from February 2 to March 17. Principal Michelle Caponigro

Meet Principal Michelle Caponigro

Hello, Wolverine families! If you would like to know the best thing about being a principal, I’ll tell you – it's the kids! A few fun facts about me: My current favorite young adult book is “The Hate You Give.” If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be roasted sweet potatoes. My bucket list includes the goal of living abroad for five years. I was once featured in the “Guinness Book of World Records” for being in the largest group of clarinet players ever assembled!
