At Thursdays track meet between Pine Lake and the Cougar Mountain Falcons, the Pine Lake Middle School 8th grade boys' medley relay team made history. The team, consisting of Neel K., Nathan C., Arjun P., and Finn H., broke the school's longstanding record with a time of 1:47.30, surpassing the previous record of 1:49.93 set in 2000.
The excitement didn’t stop there. Arjun P., fresh off his relay win, also broke the school's 100m record. He sprinted to a time of 11.43 seconds, edging out the old record of 11.47 seconds set in 2001. These achievements marked a significant victory and established new benchmarks for future Pine Lake athletes.
