In a heartwarming demonstration of generosity, Pine Lake families and staff joined forces to participate in the annual Spirit of Giving. The community collected gifts for Thorndyke Elementary, and also for asylum seekers residing in tents at the Riverton Park United Methodist Church in Tukwila.
WAVE Leaders with Mr. Ensey and Ms. Saylor, filled a truck with the generous donations. The students and staff embarked on a journey to deliver these heartfelt contributions to the Tukwila community, offering essential support to those in need. The Pine Lake community's commitment to the spirit of giving persists, making a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of others.
